  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

    High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience

    Previous experience in real estate is highly valued

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and Sheets

    Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ensures a smooth and efficient office environment while enabling the broker and other agents to work efficiently

    Preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports

    Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls

    Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing calendars and making travel arrangements

    Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback

    Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems

    Preparing listing materials and posting property listings

    Managing a client database and preparing reports

    Assisting with closing processes

    Performing other duties as assigned

    Coordinate inspections, appraisals, repairs and ensure completion

    Help agents with paperwork and necessary requirements

    Ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible

    Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures, initials and dates to be completed

    Manage general office tasks like filing and scanning important documents

    Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
